今日の話題は先日英会話教室でパン教室での様子を英語で説明というのがありました
先生のメモをもとに勉強してみました
一度は作って見たいかな・：： と思いました(^.^)p
Ingredients
材料
Milk yeast flour salt butter sugar egg
ﾐﾙｸ ｲｰｽﾄ 小麦粉 ﾊﾞﾀｰ 砂糖 卵
1 Warm the milk.
ミルクを温める
2 Pour the yeast and sugar into the milk.
ｲｰｽﾄと砂糖をﾐﾙｸに入れる
3 Stir
かき混ぜる
4 Take another bowl and mix flour and salt.
別のﾎﾞｰﾙに小麦粉と塩を入れてﾐｯｸｽする
5 Pour the milk, yeast and sugar into the bowl and mix, mix, mix.
ﾐﾙｸを入れ ｲｰｽﾄと砂糖をﾎﾞｰﾙに入れてﾐｯｸｽする
6 Break an egg into the bowl and mix.
卵を割りﾎﾞｰﾙに入れﾐｯｸｽする
7 Let the bread sit at 40℃ so the yeast can rise.
ﾊﾟﾝを40℃にしておいておく そうするとｲｰｽﾄが膨らむ
8 Take out the gas.
ガス抜きをする
9 Cut into pieces.
ﾋﾟｰｽに切り分ける
10 Mold the bread dough.
ﾊﾟﾝ生地の形に整える
11 Let the bread sit for 20 minuites.
ﾊﾟﾝを20分おいておく
12 And bake the dough.
そしてﾊﾟﾝ生地を焼く

高齢者の増加
今回の話題は高齢者の増加問題です
2040年に日本の１％＝100万人が100歳以上ですか・・・
現在70歳の人＝1940年＝昭和15年前後 生まれの人達が100歳になるわけですね
100歳はあたりまえになり 最高年齢のひとは130～150歳とかになるかも?？
どうやってそのような社会に活気をもたせて 経済を回していくのか・・・
ほんと真剣に考えていかないとならないですかね～～
長寿と言えば 南仏や地中海地域ではオリーブオイルが長寿の源なのだとか
あの日野原先生も一日小さじ ２～3杯 たしなむのだとか・・
確かにその地域は心臓血管の病気が少ないのだとか・・
（資料で確かめた訳ではないですが）

アポロ月面着陸の日
動画のUPありがとうございました
確かに日食の話題が欲しかったですね
遠くはなれたアメリカではアジアの日食の話題はピンとこないのでしょうね
もし逆なら 多分日本でもアメリカの日食の話など話題にもならないでしょうし・・(~_~)
アポロの月面着陸が海の日のあたりなんですね
当時は真夏の大ニュースだったんでしょうね
アメリカも月になにか大変な資源があるのではと 他国に先を越されないよう頑張っていたのではないかと思います
